Ang daming kumakandidato bilang pangulo ng ating bansa. Pero iilan lang talaga ang may maituturing na tunay at may kakayahang maglingkod sa bayan.

Isipin mo marami ang may hangad sa pwestong ito, ngunit kung titingnan mo kakapiranggot lang ang sahod ng isang pangulo ng Pilipinas. Pero ang pinakamakapangyarihang pwesto na ito ang pwede rin ika-yaman ng isang taong korup at bulok na maluloklok sa pwesto.

Ang mga tatakbo sa pwesto ay mga pamilyar na mukha sa balita sa tebisyon. May tumatakbo pero naka-takbo na, at dahil sa butas na nasilip mula sa ating Konstitusyon ay naipilit rin. Kahit pa alam ng karamihan ay isa rin sa mga nanloko sa bayan. Meron din namang ang pangako ay maka-Dios na pagpapatakbo ng gobyerno, magiging malinis ang gobyerno. Eh matanong ko lang naman kung talagang gusto mo mabago ang buhay ng tao, bakit hindi na lang pagtuonan ng pansin ang pagtuturo ng salita at gawa ng Dios. Bakit kailangan pa maging presidente upang mapagbago ang bansa. At sinsabi ng batas na hiwalay ang Relihiyon at Gobyerno sa pagpapatakbo ng pamahalaan walang dapat bumali ng nilalaman nito, tama?

At meron namang tatakbo dahil sa malinis na pangalan ng isang tanyag na lugar. Hindi mo maikakaila ang bagay na ito, naging maunlad ang lugar ngunit sa aking pananaw may mga bagay na ukol para lang sa isang lugar at may bagay na pangakalahatan. Na kung titingnan eh hindi tugma para sa lahat. At kakaiba naman ang isang kandidato, naiiba dahil sa laki ng gastos para lang maitanghal na pangulo sa eleksyon.  Kung anu-anu na nasabi sa telebisyon, at panay pa ang pag-deny ng anomalya nangyari sa bakuran nya pa mismo. Sinimulan sa pagpapakita na nagmula siya sa kahirapan, wala namang nag-deny. Hanggang sa may pagla-OA na ang mga sinsabi at kung anung klaseng hirap ang kanyang pinag-daanan. Gaya ng iba, nagamit nya ang kanyang posisyon nuon mababa pa lang siya para maitanghal sa kung anu man sya ngayon. At maraming nangyaring pagbabago simula nuon, at kung pag-uugnayin ang lahat ng ito ay mabubunyag ang kanyang, marahil eh “Lihim na balak.” At ito ay ang ngayon kung saan ay unti-unting umusbong at matapos ay yumabong. At Sana dalangin ko na hindi makalinutan ng tao ang isang malaking isyu sa kanya, kasi isipin mo na lang komisyon nya kung mailuklok syang pangulo sa mga kabahayang maipapagawa nya. At maging isang komunidad na ang buong bansa ng subdivision na gawa ng kumpanya niya. Hindi ba iba ang kumikita bilang businessman at may pwesto.

Ang isang naman, naging popular kasi kilala ang mga magulang. Oo nga ang kanyang magulang ngunit hindi naman sya. Ewan ko kung bakit bigla na lang siya nagsalita at nag-prisinta ng sarili upanmg lumahok sa kandidatura. At marahil sa dami ng nag-uudyok sa kanya, na-pressure na rin. Hindi ko gusto makita ang bansa na pinapatakbo dahil sa utos sa kanya ng mga kamag-anak. Impluwensya na naman ang iiral sa buong bansa. Lalo na kung titingnan mo eh ang kanilang pamilya ang nagpapatakbo ng isa sa pinaka-malaking korporasyon sa Asya!….sana wag na mangyari ang nangyari noon na puro sulsol ng mga nasa paligid ang nasusunod.

Ay ang huli ay hindi naman naiiba sa sinundan nya. Magka-dugo pa nga sila. Pero kahit na ganun, marami silang pinagkaiba. Una marami kang nakita na ginawa nitong huli sa lahat ng aspeto ng pamumuno. Nakita nya ng personal ang mga nangyayari sa kababayan niya, samantalang yung isa nakaupo at hindi ko alam kung anu naipanukala niyang bayas bilang Mambabatas, ewan ko lang ha. Itong taong ito ay may mga katangian na kayang isulong ang ating banasa. Pananaw at mga ideyalohiya na ambisyoso sa paningin ng mga businessman. Ngunit kelan lang ba sila nagiging panalig ng gobyerno kundi sa tuwing may kailangan sila sa pamahalaan, anu say nyo diba tama? Kaya wala rin silang karapatan na akuin ang boto ng karamihan, dahil sa pinoprotekhang interes. At sa paniwala ko siya na ang dapat mag-papatuloy ng mga nasimulan na. Upang makamit na nating lahat ang ginhawa ng noon pang nakahanda para sa ating lahat.

Sa huli, ang Kabataan pa rin ang susi sa pag-unlad ng bansa. Ang siyang dapat mag-dikta kung sino ang magiging sunod na mamumuno ng ating bansa.

Anung araw na ba ngayon? Ay September na pala next week. Hmmm… Alala ko lang college days, masaya kasi lagi pag-hapon tambay lang para magmasid and kasama na rin ang sight seing.

Two years after ako maka-graduate, and my has never been the same. Change, lahat nagbago pananaw ko mga responsibilidad ko. Pinagsama-sama ko pero parang may kulang, partner? Naku eh parang hindi naman ata ako naghahanap ng ganun. Pero parang may iba akong kutob, siguro anjan lang nakatago at naghahanap ng tamang panahon. Bakit ba ganun, parang unti-unti nanunumbalik sa kin, damdamin para muling mahumaling. Pero? ewan basta ang alam ko… hindi ko muna kailangan ng ganyan.

Naku naman talaga, bakit kung minsan ang gulo ng mundo. Daraan at daraan ka talaga sa ganitong sitwasyon. Sige mag-iisip muna ko, ng mabuti. Salamat sa pakikinig.

                Rice is what Filipinos everyday staple is. Eating without Rice, is just like a feeling of having a bitter pill when your sick and ill (nice rhyme?). True! the fact that you haven’t eat Rice during lunch your stomach will long for more food. But how really important Rice is for us Filipinos? Well majority of the population eat this, even eating one Rice meal a day will be a symbol of status for our fellow Filipinos who’s been beaten by the high poverty rate in this beloved country (Pilipinas). And government making efforts about it, but then we must push it much harder as we could to really reach the poorest one.

               In speaking of Rice, it’s the new buzz of the town. Every news channel, reporting that our country has Rice shortage(as if we will no longer have to eat rice to clamp down the said Crisis??)  and even worse some of the Rice Miller (or maybe hoarder) was being raided due to this crisis. And now Agrarian people is putting the blame of rice shortage due to Land conversion. Which means putting up subdivisions to on small percentage of Philippine farmland… sad to hear that this situation was left unattended and continuosly happening as of this moment. Well all of the said situation contributes to Rice shortage. So we have to resort on importing our rice from Thailand and Vietnam. This issue is selling like hot cakes to Filipinos.

            And speaking of HOT… Summer is here. And we all know that We Filipinos loves to go to beach during this month. During lunch time 1pm sunlight is really scorching hot! So people in the Metro just walk in to the Big Malls that we have and enjoy the cool refreshing airconditioning  of these malls. But there’s one thing that we don’t have to miss, of course HALO-HALO! Yummy and deliciously enough, Filipinos are really proud of it becuse even foreigners really love this treat during Summer. And you will really love the refreshing Ice together with milk and fruit coctails of Halo-Halo. And of course, if there’s no Halo-Halo you can just buy Juice in a pack plus a really cold ice and Success Summer Heat will be relieve….ahhahhhh, Refreshing! Beat the Heat of the Sun… Enjoy your Summer.

          Here comes ELECTION year! Politicians starting to show their Humorous FACE IN OUR TELEVISION SET! They star to again promise things and lot of things. This MIDTERM Election come May of this Year. We must accustomed our Eyes, Ears, and specially our Nose! coz each and every candidate’s own TRASH will be exposed, sending foul smell throughout the country.

           This year of Election is So Amazing I should say! Here the Opposition Slate of Candidates for the Senatorial slot is not ordinary but EXTRAORDINARY! Why? well where in the WORLD can you find the Candidates have a relative already elected in the Senate. The Mother - Son tandem of Loi Estrada and Jinngoy (Unggoy I should say!) Estrada were both already at the Senate. While his Step Bro. JV Ejercito a current mayor of San Juan will aspire to become a Senator too…What??? I don’t like our Senate to run by the Ousted, Plunderer Family of Joseph Estrada! DUH… what do they know in making Laws, maybe they will make a law which could set their Father free… do you want this to Happen??? I think not. Then the Second version is the Cayetano Siblings. Senator Pia Cayetano was already in power, then his Arrogant brother PETER CAYETANO wanted to Aspire for a Senatorial Position. Well its not the case that your late father was a good Senator, that his Son or Daughter will become a good Senator too.. right? just some Logic. The third version is the Pimentel Father and Son. Why do people voted for a CHAMELEON Nene Pimentel, at the EDSA II he was beside President Gloria-Arroyo when the president swear in as the newly task president. You already see the tactics of NEne Pimentel, now he’s against Arroyo continuing bondage to Estradas.How come the United Opposition came up with this slate, froming a Political Dynasty within the Senate. Our Congress is not a Dominion of Families of selected ones!!! Even their fellows Kit Tatad CONDEMN the UNO’s unpallatable ACT! He is against political Dynasty… So to us, newly registered voters.

            This Election we must start the change, change the way our country run by TRAPO officials and unable to pass laws which are necessary to the growth of the country. We MUST STOP the plan of the FAMILIAs running this Election. STOP this nonsense things of putting Family and Family in the Senate. We must learn the Lesson of Jinggoy-Loi tragedy. The wrongdoings of popularity contest of Filipinos MUST be STOP. START it by YOU, Yourself Choose not the Popular but the One Who can SERVE the country and not joining the Political Mud-Slinging in the Congress. Lets VOTE, but VOTE WISELY!!

                       On July 24, 2006 in the afternoon, Gloria Macapagal Arroyo will deliver her State of The Nation Address at the Batasang Pambansa. She will report on how the economy and other related areas in which the country has been affected.  She will tell us on what are the achievements of her current government and how does her government performs. I think the areas of consideration or the things we should look at when she delivers her speech:

• Education
• Employment or Job creation
• Economy
• Poverty

                       These were some of the most important things she should address to the people. In the said list is the basis point on how does her government performed in the last term. Does she really serious on those promises she made during the last State Of the Nation Address she delivered last year. Also we should watch out for the promises or maybe things she will do this term. Well, all I can say is that as the leader of this country she should perform all the task given to her by the constitution so that we can move this country further to growth and success…
